Do you want to help shape the Aerospace and Defense industry of the future?

Electrification, artificial intelligence (deep learning), space travel, and autonomous flight will fundamentally change how we experience air mobility and airborne vehicles of the future. You will advise engineers in the aerospace and defense industry who are developing these technologies.

As the Aerospace and Defense Business Developer within our company, you will work closely with account managers who call on accounts in this segment, to advise prospects and customers on the technical application of our products and be their primary contact for presales discussions in USA and Canada. Curiosity about our customers’ project requirements is an important prerequisite for competent consulting in the high-tech environment our company operates in.

Your tasks

– Support Account Managers in North America calling on Aerospace and Defense accounts.

– Acquisition of new accounts to the company’s portfolio

– Guiding account managers on account management to widen adoption of our company’s tools within their organizations

– Presentation of our products and technologies at Customer sites, Tradeshows, Conferences and other marketing events.

– Advising account managers on quotation & proposal preparation and coordination

Your profile

– Completed studies in the field of aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, physics or comparable

– Experience in selling to/working in aerospace industry

– Strong communication skills, high customer orientation and confident appearance

– High degree of self-motivation and ability to work in a team

– Willingness to travel
