The Cloud Engineer will work with our cloud engineering team to optimize, implement, and maintain our organization’s cloud-based systems.
This is a “Hybrid” role, in which you will work part of the week in our office in Campinas, and part of the week from your home. Laptop and equipment will be provided to you. Fulltime long-term contract, with benefits included in monthly pay. Opportunity for advancement.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in computer science or a similar field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of cloud computing on AWS.
- Good spoken English language for communicating with U.S. team.
- Proven work experience as a Cloud Administrator or Engineer or similar role.
- AWS certifications preferred.
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Cloud Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems in AWS.
- Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
- Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and process functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
- Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.
- Interact with clients, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on client needs.
