Engineering Coordinator

As an Engineering Coordinator, you will assist with day-to-day operations for the Engineering Department and support the Engineering Team Leaders as needed.


  • Project coordination with respect to scheduling, process execution, and information/data organization and maintenance
  • Process Purchase Orders
  • Metrics collecting/updating/reporting for management, customer invoicing, and other purposes
  • Customer Order processing, specifically orders that have Engineering involvement
  • Logistics of various activities/functions, such as Customer Training
  • Process development and improvement


  • Associate’s or higher college degree
  • At least 3 years in a comparable role, supporting management-level functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent inter-personal communication ability
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of software tools, ability to learn new software tools/applications/methods as needed
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
